General

Consultation call required before any treatment/ booking of session
Practitioner will advise on best/most suitable service/package for your individual needs
We work with accredited medical professionals to ensure suitable treatments are provided to those with specific health/medical conditions. Your health and safety is our priority. There are conditions we can not work with, for example but not limited to; pregnant women, clients undergoing chemotherapy etc
Consent forms must be signed prior to session or at the beginning of session
Non-refundable deposit of £20 required to secure your booking - this will be deducted from the total cost of session/s
Deposit to be paid through payment link/ bank card
24 hours notice required if cancelling or rescheduling session otherwise deposit is forfeited
You will incur a £10 lateness fee if you arrive later than 10 minutes to your appointment - we advise you inform us via telephone call if you are running late
Your appointment may be cancelled completely if you arrive later than 10 minutes, this is subject to our booking schedule for the day - if this occurs you will forfeit your deposit and would need to re-book
Client must inform practitioner of any changes since consultation

Preperation

Arrive on an empty stomach - Please abstain from eating any food for at least three hours prior to your appointment
Wear comfortable/loose clothing.
Drink water
Arrive on time - Please aim to be at the clinic 10 minutes prior to your appointment
If you are running late, please call us ASAP to avoid incurring a lateness fee
Do not hesitate to ask any questions prior, during or after the session

Aftercare

Hijama/wet cupping - No shower or bath for 24 hours
Dry and/or massage cupping - No shower for 12 hours
Avoid dairy products (no milk), red meat and fish for 24 hours
No exercise or sauna for 24 hours, allow your body time to rest
Drink plenty of water
Avoid caffeine for 24 hours
Avoid sexual intercourse for 24 hours
If you experience itching, apply olive oil/black seed oil to the treated area

We hope you now have a better understanding of who we are and what we offer at healthybulbs. We understand that this form of therapy may be dauting at first, especially if it's your first time. It is our priority to make sure you are comfortable throughout the process from prior to booking, during the session and after the session.

To understand your requirements, we conduct a consultation call before any therapy is performed to ensure we're all on the same page. Your safety, physical and mental well-being is our priorty and in line with our mission to be 'your cup of health'.

Unlike other cupping clinics, we aren't here to sell sessions
based on the number of cups you require, but rather, we
strive to provide you with an experience that allows you to
leave our clinic revitalised, relaxed and ready for the
challenges of the world. To achieve this, we offer unlimited
cups* for every session.

We use high-quality, break-resistant, sterlie cups as well
as Swann-Morton surgical blades. These tools are for
single-use only and disposed of after every session,
meaning hygine standards are maintained each and
every session.

Although we have created a warm and welcoming
enviroment, we agree that there's nothing quiet like the
comfort of your own home. We understand that this is a
luxury and are keen to provide you with the best service
and experience possible, hence why accomodate this by
providing mobile services!

Note: mobile services must be agreed ahead of
payment and are an additional cost. Pricing starts from
£30+ (location/millage dependant).

*unlimited cups refers to a maximum of 22 cups,
this varies between female & male individuals.
